The night was young
My thoughts were shaky
I twisted my tongue
Left in a hurry
I’ll try and try again
T’ill it comes to an end
I’m never giving up
I just need to freshen up
Me, myself and I
We like to spend time
Looking for each other
Not just another
Life is but a game
It’s driving me insane
I’m 60% complete
I will not admit defeat

To disorders I am bound
The dark side is of heavy clouds
Unable to see what lies beneath
I just stare at my feet
With all the commotion in my life
I never once told a lie
I am so happy I could die
Just wishing you were by my side
I fall and fall deeper
I’m getting a little closer
I’ve already passed the edge
How will I make it back to the ledge?
My name is written in this story
There’s a reason I am me
To learn and grow
I will not let you be my sorrow
This morning will be painful
I will leave you out in the cold
So you can fend for yourself
Before you’re with someone else
